1. Acceptance and enterprise agreements

By accessing or using AIGR, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use AIGR on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization in connection with the applicable use. A signed order form, statement of work, data-processing agreement or other enterprise agreement may supplement these Terms and will govern to the extent it expressly states different terms.

2. AIGR services

AIGR provides technology and analytical infrastructure for AI governance inventory, assessments, evidence management, framework mapping, findings, remediation, readiness reporting and controlled governance-rating workflows. Features and methodologies may evolve, and particular services may be subject to separate eligibility, evidence, review or issuance requirements.

3. Accounts and authorized access

Secure portal access is limited to authorized users. Users must keep credentials confidential, use accounts only for permitted organizational purposes, maintain accurate account information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. AIGX Research Inc. may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect platform security, client information, service integrity or other users.

4. Information and evidence submitted by users

Organizations and users remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, relevance and lawful provision of information, evidence and other materials submitted to AIGR. By submitting material, the organization grants AIGX Research Inc. the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyze, reproduce and incorporate that material into the requested assessment, verification, report, support and audit functions.

5. Readiness outputs and ratings

AI Governance Readiness outputs are automated governance-readiness results generated from the applicable assessment and evidence record. An AIGR rating is a separate governance opinion that may require controlled analyst and independent approval steps. A readiness score, governance score, framework view or system recommendation must not be represented as an independently reviewed AIGR rating unless the required rating process has been completed and the report expressly states that status.

6. Scope and limitations of outputs

AIGR scores, readiness outputs and ratings are governance evaluations within a stated entity, system, lifecycle, jurisdiction, methodology version and evidence period. They are not legal advice, regulatory approval, certification, accreditation, a financial credit rating, investment advice, insurance advice, cybersecurity certification or a guarantee of AI-system safety, performance, fairness or legal compliance. Users remain responsible for their own legal, regulatory, operational and risk decisions.

7. Methodology and framework references

AIGR may reference laws, standards, regulatory materials and third-party frameworks for mapping, contextualization and governance analysis. Those references do not imply affiliation, endorsement, certification or accreditation by the referenced body. Third-party standards and proprietary materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and licensing terms.

8. Intellectual property and copyright

Except for user-submitted materials and third-party content, the AIGR website, platform interfaces, software, methodology materials, research, scoring structures, report formats, templates, graphics, text and related content are owned by or licensed to AIGX Research Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. No right to reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, republish or create misleading derivative rating products is granted except as expressly authorized in writing.

9. AIGR™ name and marks

AIGR™ is operated by AIGX Research Inc. Use of the AIGR name, trademarks, logos, rating designations or report presentation in a manner that suggests endorsement, certification, affiliation or issuance by AIGR without authorization is prohibited. Authorized clients may use issued reports subject to the scope, status, validity and distribution conditions stated in the applicable report or agreement.

10. Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or disrupt platform security, upload malicious code, access another tenant without authorization, falsify evidence, misrepresent an AIGR output, remove integrity or status information, use the service for unlawful purposes or interfere with the operation of the platform.

11. Confidentiality and security

AIGR applies platform safeguards designed to protect submitted information, but users should submit only information reasonably necessary for the applicable governance process. Any separate confidentiality obligations agreed with an organization continue to apply according to their terms.

12. Availability and changes

AIGX Research Inc. may maintain, update, modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, methodology governance, legal requirements or product development. Reasonable efforts may be used to preserve issued-report records and material decision history, but uninterrupted availability of every feature is not guaranteed.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIGR services and public materials are provided on an “as available” basis. Analytical outputs depend on the defined scope, methodology, information and evidence available at the relevant time. AIGX Research Inc. does not warrant that an AIGR output identifies every governance, legal, technical, security, ethical or operational risk.

14. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach of these Terms, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment under an applicable agreement or misuse of AIGR reports, marks or platform access. Obligations concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, retained audit records, limitations and previously issued reports may survive termination where appropriate.

15. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as AIGR services, methodologies or legal requirements evolve. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current published version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law and any governing enterprise agreement.
